  • STICKERS/MAGNETS

    All sticker and magnet orders include free worldwide shipping and will be shipped in a recyclable, protective cello bag adhered to a hard card, this is to ensure that they arrive safely to you.

    HANDMADE ART, FINE PRINTS, AND STICKERS:

    When will I get my order?

    All orders are shipped as soon as possible from our studio here in Berlin, Germany! We strive to process all orders and get them in the mail within 3 business days of receipt of payment. 

    All orders receive a tracking number once it’s in the mail. 

    We use Deutsche Post and DHL to ship our stickers, original art, and fine prints. The standard shipping time depends on your location. For EU orders shipping can take 3-10 days for your product to arrive, depending on how close you are to Berlin. For anywhere else in the world it can take 2-4 weeks. In Germany, shipping time usually takes 1-2 business days.

    We use recyclable materials for shipping. All fine art prints are shipped inside a protective sleeve, and A3 and larger are sent in hard tubes. Original art is packaged with great care using recyclable materials including plastic, cardboard, and sometimes hard styrofoam sheets to ensure the best protection possible.  

    I do use cute branded tape on the outside of the box, so if you’re afraid of mail thieves, I can leave off the branded tape to keep it extra discreet. 


    WHEN YOU PURCHASE POSTERS, T-SHIRTS AND OTHER APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES:

    Unless otherwise stated, these items will come from dropshipping companies. Currently I work with Printfiul and Gelato. 

    ALL ORDERS MADE THROUGH THESE COMPANIES HAVE A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will help you in getting them to replace the order.

    When will I get my order?

    Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

    •  USA: 3–4 business days

    •  Europe: 6–8 business days

    •  Australia: 2–14 business days

    •  Japan: 4–8 business days

    •  International: 10–20 business days

    But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:

    • Issues with print or embroidery files

    • Products being out of stock

    • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

    Will I be charged customs for my order?

    An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. If there are any customs fees, please reach out to steph@stephanieomarastudio.com so that I can fix the issue. 

    My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

    • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

    • Ask your local post office if they have your package

    • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

    • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [insert your support email here] with your order number.

    • If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

    How are your products made?

    We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

    How do I track my order?

    You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at steph@stephanieomarastudio.com.

    In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

    I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

    We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at steph@stepanieomarastudio.com within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

    Some items for sale in this shop are placed through a drop shipping company called Printful. This means your items will be printed on-demand at the facility closest to you.

    Are there shipping restrictions?

    We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. 

    The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations

    • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

    • Russia

    • Belarus

    • Ecuador

    • Cuba

    • Iran

    • Syria

    • North Korea

    Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order. 

    If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 days have passed, get in touch with us via email or chat, and we’ll take a look.

  • RETURNS


    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and with proof of receipt.


    Non-returnable items:

    * Items that have clearly been used

    * Downloadable software products

    * Dropshipping items


    If your item came from a dropshipping company, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

    If you received a wrong/damaged product, we can help resolve this for you quickly. 

    please email us at steph@stepanieomarastudio.com within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

    Handmade art can not be returned or exchanged. However, if it is damaged or defective, I will work with you to come up with a solution to ensure your satisfaction

    As for print-on-demand items, we will replace the item if it is defective or damaged.

    Shipping

  • When handling your handmade art, please do so with care. Hold it by the sides, and wear gloves if you can.

    When hanging your art, avoid placing it in direct sunlight, or in smoky or humid environments like a kitchen or bathroom. These areas can damage your art over time. 

    When cleaning the surface of an acrylic painting use an air compressor or a clean, soft sable brush. You can also use a damp microfiber cloth to very lightly brush away dust. 

    Do not use any cleaning chemicals, only water will suffice. 

    Do not attempt to clean the surface of a flat painting on paper, in that instance, the artwork should be framed right away with a glass covering. 

    With proper care, your painting can last several generations!  

    Do not:

    Place in direct sunlight, or in smoky or humid environments such as a kitchen or bathroom.

    These areas can damage your paintings over time.

    Do:

    Frame all paper paintings with a glass covering as soon as possible.

    Hold paintings by their sides.

    Gently clean acrylic paintings as necessary with a clean, soft sable brush or a microfiber cloth.


    With proper care, your original paintings can last for generations!

    CLOTHING CARE INSTRUCTIONS
    • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
    • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
    • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
    • Do not dry clean.

  • You’ve seen my work, and you love my style. Moody clouds, bold colors, wild sunsets. 

    Does my art inspire a specific vision? Let’s make it happen!

    Here’s what you should know:

    • 50% of the amount due will be paid upfront and is non-refundable. 

    • When this payment is made, you will be put in line behind any current commissions. 

    • Each commission will have a 4-6 week window to complete the work (unless otherwise stated). The painting will be shipped from Berlin, Germany upon approval and payment from the buyer. 

    • Shipping is charged separately. Tracking is charged separately. All orders get tracking numbers and shipping times vary. Please see shipping in FAQs for more details.

    • You will have a chance to discuss changes in the first part of making the commissioned piece. I will then continue and complete the work. With your approval and the rest of the payment, I’ll varnish and ship out the piece.

    • What if I don’t like it? No worries! We can discuss changes from there, and if you still don’t like it, I will keep the piece and add it to my public portfolio. 

    • My work is not intended to be hyperreal. My portraits and landscapes are created with a feeling and emotion in mind. This is why I need context. Tell me what’s the occasion? Are you looking to complete your home decor with a larger version of something I’ve already painted? Or do you have a picture of a cloudy sky that reminds you of a specific memory and you want that in a painting? I can do this.  

      These commissions are inspired by the photographs, or information provided. Colors and replications may not be exact. Subjects and backgrounds may be interpreted by the artist.

  • Item Wholesale Order Requirements

    Thank you for your interest in placing a wholesale order with Stephanie O’Mara Studio! I am thrilled to partner with you and bring beautiful art to more people. Below are the requirements and guidelines for placing a wholesale order with my business:

    Minimum Order Quantity

    • Initial Order: The minimum order quantity for initial wholesale purchases is 20 pieces of artwork.

    • Subsequent Orders: For all subsequent orders, the minimum quantity is reduced to 15 pieces.

    Pricing and Payment

    • Discount: Wholesale orders qualify for a 30% discount off the retail price.

    • Payment Terms: I require a 50% deposit at the time of order placement, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment.

    • Payment Methods: I accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.

    Artwork Selection

    • Availability: Please refer to my website for available artwork selections. Custom orders are available upon request but may require additional lead time.

    • Mix and Match: You may choose any combination of artworks to meet the minimum order requirements.

    Order Processing and Shipping

    • Lead Time: Please allow 4-6 weeks for order processing and delivery, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

    • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.

    • International Orders: I do ship internationally. However, buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.

    Returns and Exchanges

    • Return Policy: I do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless the products arrive damaged or defective.

  • I practice sustainability where I can. When I clean my hands and brushes, I try not to let much paint go down the drain. I also use the same jar of water often until it dries up, and when I need to wipe a brush, I do it on a rag.

    I use recyclable items to ship, and try to avoid using too much plastic.
