SHIPPING
All orders are shipped as soon as possible from our studio here in Berlin, Germany! We strive to process all orders and get them in the mail within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Some items take longer to process and this will be stated in the description.
All orders receive a tracking number once it’s in the mail.
STICKERS/MAGNETS:
All sticker and magnet orders include free worldwide shipping and will be shipped in a recyclable, protective cello bag adhered to a hard card, this is to ensure that they arrive safely to you.
HANDMADE ART/ FINE PRINTS:
We use recyclable materials for shipping. All fine art prints are shipped inside a protective sleeve, and A3 and larger are sent in hard tubes. Original art is packaged with great care using recyclable materials including plastic, cardboard, and sometimes hard styrofoam sheets to ensure the best protection possible.
Large paintings will be shipped rolled in a tube. You can then get it professionally placed on a new frame. If you’re in Berlin, we don’t have to do that. I can bring the art to you, and you can save on shipping. Please email me with any questions at steph@stephanieomarastudio.com
When will I get my order?
We use Deutsche Post and DHL to ship our stickers, original art, and fine prints. The standard shipping time depends on your location. For EU orders shipping can take 3-10 days for your product to arrive, depending on how close you are to Berlin. For anywhere else in the world it can take 2-4 weeks. In Germany, shipping time usually takes one to two business days.
POSTERS, T-SHIRTS AND OTHER APPAREL AND ACCESSORIES:
Unless otherwise stated, these items will come from dropshipping companies. Currently I work with Printfiul and Gelato.
ALL ORDERS MADE THROUGH THESE COMPANIES HAVE A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will help you in getting them to replace the order.

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
But the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Here are some of the reasons why an order might arrive past its EDT:
Issues with print or embroidery files
Products being out of stock
Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions
Where will my order ship from?
We work with on-demand order fulfillment companies with facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. If there are any customs fees, please reach out to me at steph@stephanieomarastudio.com so that I can fix the issue.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at steph@stephanieomarastudio.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How are your products made?
We work with print-on-demand drop shippers. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at steph@stephanieomarastudio.com.
In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at steph@stepanieomarastudio.com within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Are there shipping restrictions?
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Russia
Belarus
Ecuador
Cuba
Iran
Syria
North Korea
Nonetheless, we work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order.
If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 days have passed, get in touch with us via email or chat, and we’ll take a look.
The items for sale in this shop are placed through drop shipping companies called Printful, and Gelato. This means your items will be printed on-demand at the facility closest to you.
