Many moons ago I had the opportunity to work at a gift shop in the Airport where we featured some 80% of Native American crafts. We sold a lot of silver and stone jewelry, and that’s where I learned about the Arizona Opal. This sunrise reminds me of the way the stone reflects the light, so magical!

Hi, I'm Steph! I'm an acrylic artist based out of Berlin, Germany. These dreamy landscapes come from my memories of growing up in Arizona. I see lots of colors in the desert. At times the sun's glow can seem fluorescent. When I put this on a canvas, it’s more like I paint a feeling, rather than the image itself.
Colors of the art in these photos may be slightly different from how they appear in real life. Sometimes adjustments are needed to make the picture as close to the original as possible.
All paintings come varnished unless otherwise stated.
